Rolf Sickman

Rolf obtained his Master’s degree in Law at the Free University in Amsterdam in 1984. He has worked at several Dutch investment banks as an advisor to institutional investors in the field of fixed income investments, alternative investments and corporate structures. From 1995 to 2011, he built two single-family offices and managed more than 1 billion euros in assets. In 2012, he co-founded the multi-family office with Frédéric Goblet, which focuses on uncorrelated investments, which eventually resulted in the creation of the Telesto Fund.

Frédéric Goblet

Frédéric Goblet has built his financial career during the past 25 years in Boston, London, Paris, Luxemburg and Brussels. He has worked for major financial institutions serving among others some of the largest European family offices with financial advice and complex investment solutions. A couple of years ago, he decided to bring this experience to work for the benefit of families, entrepreneurs and some institutions by delivering them access to his professional network built over years and niche investment opportunities. Frédéric obtained a masters degree at the ICHEC Brussels School of Management and he passed his exams at the English Financial Services Authority.

Louis Moncheur de Rieudotte

Investment Associate

After initial experience in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Louis started his investment banking career in 2016 at Resilience Capital in Geneva, Switzerland. From 2016 to 2018, he worked on several M&A and private debt transactions for East-African and European corporate clients. He then joined Reyl & Cie Investment Banking division in 2018, still in Geneva, where he advised corporate clients on M&A, private debt and equity capital markets (ECM) transactions, conducting financial modelling, credit metrics and valuation analysis. Louis was also in charge of Bank Reyl & Cie “Art Lending” securitization platform. Louis holds an LL. M. in Economic Law from the University of Geneva as well as a LL. M. in Commercial Law from the University of Sheffield

Maria Lozano

Office Manager - Administrative Assistant

Maria Lozano, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in foreign Languages and Literatures. She
speaks Spanish, English, Dutch and French.
She has experience in different backgrounds such as Operations & Sales, worked over thirteen
years for a Financial American company in Brussels, Western Union as an Account Manager
and Sales Manager for EMEA, then she joined her husband to run two successful restaurants
for over fifteen years in Belgium. Maria enjoys time with her family, children and
grandchildren, new challenges, yoga and travelling.

Perrine Rosenbaum

Personal Assistant en Office Manager

Perrine obtained her MSc in Commercial and Financial Sciences from the Ichec Brussels Management School. Perrine started her career as an accountant and later as a financial controller at Citibank. She is responsible for the Brussels office and is the link between the external stakeholders, investors and the founders. She is committed to family values and enjoys traveling in her spare time.

Florent Humbert

Investment Analyst

Florent holds an Bsc in Economics and a Msc of Finance focusing on Asset and Risk Management from HEC Lausanne. He completed his Msc with an internship in CACEIS Luxembourg. From 2019 to 2020, he worked in Pricewaterhouse Coopers Luxembourg where he was involved in the pricing and financial data department. At the end of 2020, he joined the risk services department of KPMG Luxembourg. Florent was in charge of supporting the computation of risk metrics and liquidity analysis for investment funds.

Vincent Claes

Investment Manager

Vincent obtained his MSc in Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management and an MSc in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp. Vincent has more than 7 years of experience in the private equity sector. He started working as an analyst at AAC Capital, a Benelux-focused leveraged buyout fund (AUM > €500 million). In 2015, Vincent joined Fortino Capital, a private equity fund focused on technology and cloud-based software (AUM>€250 million). He has been with the Telesto Fund since early 2020 to support research into new investment strategies, due diligence and investment management.

Peter Bijlstra

Partner

Peter is an engineer by education and has built up his expertise in the financial markets since the last 25 years. He was a partner and for the last 10 years has been Asset Management Director at a renowned asset manager. He was responsible for > €1 billion AUM. He has a passion for economics and financial markets and is a partner of Ascot Investments. In his spare time, Peter enjoys his partner and two children and likes to be found on the golf course.

Frank Sickman

Partner

Frank obtained his BBA while studying in the US and later his MSc in General Management at the Vlerick Business School. Frank has more than 7 years of experience in the asset management sector and has guided > 250 families at a European asset manager. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, he knows all too well the value of independent advice and trust. Frank has a passion for sport and family values are of paramount importance to him.

Christian Degimbe

Independent external advisor

Christian has more than 35 years of experience in marketing and general management of large international companies (Nestlé, Inbev, GlaxoSmithKline) in Belgium and abroad. Including 15 years as CMO and member of the Management Committee of Puratos, world leader in its field.

Christian has also been a savvy investor for many years and one of the early adopters of Ascot Investments’ decorrelated investment strategies.

Apart from his passion for golf and Portugal, Christian is always looking for new projects and new challenges.

Albert May

Independent external advisor

Albert is a seasoned finance Professional with more than 35 Years of experience in corporate and investment banking. Albert has Lived and worked in Brussels, Paris, Luxembourg, New York, Warsaw, London and Lisbon. In 2012, he founded EastWest Capital LTD(EWC), London, a
boutique Dedicated to provide Strategic advise to medium size Corporates, Banks, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. 

During his career he provided large scale debt financing, advised on IPO and on various forms of capital Raising, as well as on M&A for corporates, governments, banks, entrepreneurs in more than 20 countries. While in London he was a FCA approved Corporate Finance professional.Mr. May helps p rovide strategicdirection and brings many Years of senior level Transaction Structuring
and complex Risk Management expertise, along his execution Leadership. He has recently started to use his structuring and risk assessment experience to guide his own and other Investors Investments. In addition to his work at EWC, he presently acts as Chairman of a small fintech bank specialised in Wealth Management. He graduated in Applied Economics
from the University of Brussels (ULB), loves competitive sports and Speaks French, Dutch, English, Polish, Portuguese”
